At least it has in Animal Crossing! In my last ACNH post, there was still a bunch of snow on the ground. But now, as I’m typing this, the flowers are blooming (they do all year but for the sake of this sentence, let’s pretend they just bloomed 🤣), the butterflies are butterflying, and all of the duck and bunny decor are thriving!! Everything just feels so light and airy and… CUTE! Don’t even get me started on cherry blossom season; Only a few more weeks until the hardwood trees are pink!
Luckily, I don’t have to wait until April to enjoy cherry blossoms. 😉
Home Spring Decor
As you can see, my entire main room is covered in cherry-blossom petals, thanks to the Cherry-blossom-trees wall and Cherry-blossom flooring! This makes me SO happy. 🥰
I also swapped the Cute sofa for the Kiki and Lala sofa, the Antique console table for the Kiki and Lala table, and changed the color of the Wooden bookshelves from dark brown to white!
The My Melody table is my new art table! It used to be the Pompompurin table, but now I’m using it to hold some candles. 😄
My kitchen is pretty much the same because, well… I don’t if you’ve noticed, but my kitchen is the most springtime looking kitchen! It’s the part of my house that remains springtime all year round. 😆 It truly all comes down to the My Melody wall.
Anyways, I decided that Mom’s homemade cake (the bird one) deserves its time to shine! 🐥 It’s pretty yummy too. 😋
Island Spring Decor
The Pretty Cosmos wreath is probably one of my favorite wreaths in the game. It really is so darn pretty! Animal Crossing is the reason why Cosmos (pink ones!) are my favorite flowers. The only other change I did was add the Brown Bunny garden decoration, which I think fits perfectly with the rest of my exterior/outdoor decor.
Btw, did you notice that I’m on the right, smelling the flowers? 😇
I added a couple of the Bunny garden decorations around the island! I think having them around just gets you in the Springtime mood. This pink one is too adorable.
I love the Blossom-viewing lanterns. I only had enough petals from prior years to make one, but I want to make and add more around the island eventually.
New flag alert! Can you tell that I’m obsessed with chicks and ducklings? 🤭 I can’t handle how cute they are!!!!! And speaking of chicks and ducklings, I didn’t even acknowledge my sweater! It’s Mom’s hand-knit sweater. The best one, in my opinion.

Cherry-blossom pond stone and a duck decoy. Actually, I’ve always had duck decoys throughout my island. I just decided one day that they belong on my island, like the flowers and trees do. 😄 Plus, they bring good luck! Why else do we say “lucky duck”? 🙃
I forgot I had changed Lolly’s catchphrase to “Polly pocket” and it looks like it made its way to Ketchup. I’m loving this!
Hehe this might be my favorite Bunny garden decoration placement. Right in between two Lillies of the valley, and above a pink Camellia bush! So springy! 🌸 🐇
So this area, which was my outdoor theater during October (good times!), is now dedicated to my cherry blossom trees. I just want to see a bunch of them in one area… it’s going to look so pretty and magical. I already added some cherry-blossom-petal piles (that’s a mouthful lol). 🤗
Island Renovations?
I don’t know what to do with this area! This is a pumpkin patch during autumn, a Christmas tree farm in December, and after the holidays, it turns into a wintery wonderland type of place (enjoy the snow covered pine trees and then stop at the stalls for some ramen and cookies! ha!). I was thinking for spring, it could be a farmers market? Or some sort of outdoor thrift store? For the summer, I want to turn this into a mini carnival!
I did change the design for the stalls to this cute, flowery one. (also hi Ying and Yang!)
Remember the ice skating rink? (I kind of miss it already) It’s gone and the campsite is back! I thought I would keep the campsite to where I moved it, however, I think I prefer it in this spot. (Fauna in the back 👀 😂)
Hello little ducklings! How much more spring can a photo get!? In my chick sweater, sitting next to ducklings near a pond, and a butterfly just happened to fly by. 🦋 👋🏻
I think the perfect way to end a fabulous spring day is by enjoying a Chocolate frozen treat! I decided to join Dobie on this bench, as he was eating his sandwich. Gee, I forgot how nice it to eat outdoors when it’s actually sunny and warm. Happy spring! 😊
