So…. I may have spoken too soon. I mentioned in my last post how I thought we would see the Island Spirit “very soon”, but what does “very soon” even mean? Could it be the next day? The following week? The following MONTH!?! Now I have to bring a different Best Friend each day to meet the Island Spirit. So what’s the issue you ask? Three words, one name: Wish me mell! I love her, but goodness gudetama does it take a lifetime to level her up. I’m barely halfway to level 18. 🫡 If there’s one thing this game has taught me, it’s patience. (no but really, it has and it’s not a bad thing. we can all be a little more patient 😇) On the other hand, since the update a few days ago, I’ve been bombarded with a buttload of friendship quests! Not complaining, just a little overwhelmed…. the good kind, of course!
Absence Makes The Heart
You know what I’ve always wondered? Where does everyone sleep!? Or do they at least have a place where they can chill? I bet Keroppi sleeps in the Haunted Mansion or Witch’s Hut when he’s in the Spooky Swamp. Or even the Nature Preserve! I can totally see Badtz-maru hopping around My Melody’s, HK’s, and Tuxedosam’s shops. 😂

Once a best friend meets the Island Spirit, the heart near their icon in the friends app looks extra pretty! It sort of looks like an iridescent rainbow. 🙂 It’ll take about two weeks for everyone to meet her, then I just need to play the waiting game with Wish me mell…. Wish me luck! 😆

You have to craft seven Hello Kitty Bows and put them on seven Nuls.

Time to pluck, water, water, water, pluck, water, water, water, pluck and repeat! I grew some Red Penstemums which I can turn into seeds, so hopefully I can make the bows quicker this time. (you can also use Red & Coral Ombre Penstemums, which is what I used, but it took a little while because I only had one and they cannot be turned into seeds, just fyi!)
My heart is overjoyed with all of my besties and besties quests! The Island Spirit’s heart is going to explode (figuratively 🤣) with how many amazing friendships she will have with everyone on the island. ☺️
