And of course, I have to pose in front of my white tree! This subtle, (but still festive!) reindeer sweater is so cute! I paired it with some green corduroy pants, and pink rubber-toe high tops! Comfy. 😀
I’ve been working on curating my ideal, Christmas playlist. I think it still needs a few more songs. 🤔 I’ll get back to it when I come back home from my walk!
So……. I was walking by the plaza when I noticed Marlo and Ione were sitting around a campfire!? I decided to join them, because why not!
Dobie was hardcore judging us. He’s such a boomer! 🙃
Other than that, I just bought a few shovels at Nook’s Cranny (I always like to have multiple for backups), and a purple nightgown from Able Sisters! Apparently, that was the one color I didn’t have. 😅
Okay, now back to the important stuff…. my Christmas playlist!
Here are 5 songs I think every Christmas playlist should have 🤗:
- “It’s The Most Wonderful Time of The Year” – Andy Williams (this is a non-negotiable first song on a Christmas playlist!!!)
- “Christmas Tree Farm” – Taylor Swift – (a perfect Christmas song in my opinion. It has everything: an orchestral beginning, bells, and a choir!)
- “My Only Wish (This Year)” – Britney Spears (a fun, bubblegum pop girly song! By the bubblegum pop princess herself)
- “Wonderful Christmastime” – Paul McCartney (probably the most 80’s sounding Christmas song ever, even though it was actually recorded in 1979! 😉 Such a mellow, but cheerful song)
- “A Holly Jolly Christmas” – Burl Ives (this is from the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer movie! Great soundtrack! It’s a happy, adorable song. What else can I say!)

6. “All I Want for Christmas Is You” – Mariah Carey (I mean.. DUH!!!! You can say whatever you want and argue all the way from the North Pole to the South Pole, but this song is a bop! a classic!)
7. “Last Christmas” – Wham! (another duh!!! another bop!! another classic!!! I never get sick of this song)
8. “Blue Christmas” – Elvis Presley (I’m a sucker for a sad Christmas song, and this one might be my favorite 🥲 btw, there’s a version of this song in the stop-motion animated movie The Year Without a Santa Claus (1974). It’s sooooooooo cute)
9. “Little Saint Nick” – The Beach Boys (this is such a sparkly, happy-go-lucky song ☺️)

I ‘m not gonna lie, I wasn’t even going to do an honorable mentions, but then I kept thinking “I HAVE to add this one as well!”. 😅
