🎶 Jeepers Creepers, where’d ya get those peepers? 👀
What a creepy yet fabulous song that plays at the end of a very eerie, intriguing, and terrifying movie! 🫣 I think The Creeper is one of the best monsters/demons/killers (whatever he is) in any horror movie. I think what’s so fascinating about him is that he looks sort of like a human…. but then you realize he has claws and wings and razor sharp teeth, yet he wears clothes and drives a truck. 🤨 Like which one is it buddy, are you just trying to blend in? (I mean, yeah probably)
I have to bring up his iconic license plate, which says “BEATNGU”. I like that it can be interpreted as “be eating you” (gross but it tracks lol), or “beating you”. Interesting. 🧐
Just to keep the plot short and cute, in the first movie, two siblings are on a road trip when they notice a strange man in a black coat and hat, throwing what seems to be a body wrapped in a white cloth, down some sort of well. The man notices them and starts chasing them in his truck. Eventually, they get away but throughout the movie, they start to uncover what this “person” is and what it wants from them.
There’s also a sequel that’s pretty good and it involves high school students, a school bus, a corn field, and a homemade apparatus that a local man invented to capture/kill the Creeper. 😆 In the movies, the Creeper is described as some sort of ancient demon who has to feed on humans for 23 days every 23rd spring.
So basically, the Creeper is able to stay fit and regenerate its body parts by feeding on human body parts. 🫡
One of his most well known weapons is an axe, specifically a “medieval battle axe”, according to the Jeepers Creepers wiki page.

So if you like horror movies, I highly suggest Jeepers Creepers and Jeepers Creepers 2. You can stop right after the second one. The third and fourth films are…. let’s just put it this way, they should have never been made.😅
